By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or purchasing products and CAD/3D printing services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services and Products
SEBSERVICE provides professional CAD design services, custom 3D printing, rapid prototyping, bespoke manufacturing, replacement parts, electronic control panels, component enclosures, workshop accessories, tool holders, and other custom physical components.
Products are manufactured according to specific client requests or online catalogue offerings and may differ slightly from photographs, digital renders, prototypes, or visual previews due to the nature of additive manufacturing.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders and custom service requests are subject to acceptance by SEBSERVICE. We reserve the right to:
Refuse or decline any order at our sole discretion.
Cancel an order in the event of pricing errors or inventory/material inaccuracies.
Decline custom projects that are technically unfeasible, structurally unsafe, or infringe on third-party intellectual property.
An order is considered accepted only after formal confirmation or payment receipt has been provided.
4. Customer Responsibilities
When submitting a project brief, file, or custom request, customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all provided data, including:
Physical dimensions and measurements.
Hand sketches, technical drawings, and CAD files (.STL, .STEP, etc.).
Material and environmental specifications.
Functional tolerances and mounting requirements.
SEBSERVICE shall not be held liable for manufacturing errors, fitting failures, or performance issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
5. Design Approval Process
Where CAD models, digital previews, technical drawings, or physical prototypes are submitted to the customer for review:
The customer is responsible for thoroughly reviewing and approving all specifications prior to final production.
Once written approval is granted, responsibility for design accuracy transfers to the customer.
Any design modifications or dimensional changes requested after approval has been given may incur additional material and CAD design fees.
6. Custom & Bespoke Products (Exclusions)
The majority of items manufactured by SEBSERVICE are produced specifically to individual customer specifications (Bespoke / Made-to-Order).
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, custom CAD designs, bespoke manufactured products, personalized items, rapid prototypes, and custom 3D printed components are exempt from statutory cancellation rights and are non-returnable / non-refundable, unless proven faulty or incorrectly manufactured contrary to the approved design.
7. 3D Printing Manufacturing Tolerances
Customers acknowledge and accept that additive manufacturing (3D printing) is a layer-by-layer production process. The following minor aesthetic and structural variations are inherent to the process and shall not be considered manufacturing defects:
Subtle surface textures and visible layer lines.
Minor shade variations in raw thermoplastic batches.
Standard dimensional tolerances (typically +/- 0.2 mm to +/- 0.5 mm, depending on geometry and material).
Minor removable support structure artifacts on underside surfaces.
8. Prototypes & R&D
Prototype parts supplied by SEBSERVICE are intended strictly for testing, evaluation, and proof-of-concept purposes. SEBSERVICE does not warrant or guarantee that prototype components will meet commercial, industrial, regulatory, or structural performance standards without further testing and development.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing:
All original CAD designs, 3D models, technical drawings, and digital assets created by SEBSERVICE remain the intellectual property of SEBSERVICE.
Customers are granted a non-exclusive license to use the physical printed product for its intended purpose.
Where customer-owned CAD files, 3D models, or copyrighted designs are supplied to us for printing, full ownership remains with the customer. The customer warrants that they hold all necessary rights and licenses to reproduce such designs.
10. Product Suitability & Excluded Applications
Customers are strictly responsible for evaluating whether a product is suitable for their intended operational environment.
SEBSERVICE products are NOT certified or guaranteed for:
Safety-critical structural applications.
Medical devices or health-implanted hardware.
Aerospace, aviation, or high-speed automotive racing components.

11. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed or quoted are in British Pounds (GBP, £).
Full payment is required before CAD design work, 3D printing manufacturing, or product dispatch commences, unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
SEBSERVICE reserves the right to adjust quoted prices prior to order confirmation due to material cost fluctuations or project scope changes.
12. Shipping and Delivery
Any estimated delivery dates provided are non-binding estimates. SEBSERVICE shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to:
Postal or third-party courier service delays.
International customs processing or import holds.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
