1️⃣ Step 1 – Share Your Idea
Get in touch and send us your project details. We can work with:
Hand sketches and technical drawings
Reference photos and dimensions
Physical sample parts for reverse engineering
Detailed project briefs or initial ideas
Don't worry if you only have a rough concept—we'll help refine it into a workable solution!
2️⃣ Step 2 – CAD Design
Using professional CAD software, we transform your requirements into a precise 3D digital model.
Critical dimensions and tolerances are set.
Mechanical fit and structural integrity are checked.
Necessary adjustments can easily be made before any manufacturing begins.
3️⃣ Step 3 – Design Approval
Before moving to production, you will have the opportunity to review the 3D model and design proposal. This ensures that the final piece will meet your exact requirements and expectations.
4️⃣ Step 4 – Manufacturing & 3D Printing
Once approved, your design moves directly into our production workflow.
We select the optimal 3D printing material (PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU).
The component is manufactured with high precision.
Assembly of secondary elements is completed if required.
5️⃣ Step 5 – Quality Inspection
Every part undergoes a hands-on quality control check prior to dispatch:
Dimensional accuracy verification
Mechanical fit and functional test
Surface finish and print quality inspection
6️⃣ Step 6 – Safe Dispatch
Once completed and verified, your order is carefully packaged and shipped. We keep you updated throughout the production and delivery process!
